Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-2 BUSINESS days (Excludes SAT + SUN) from our location in NYC. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info.

-FREE First class shipping with tracking on all orders $100 + up, with the option to upgrade for faster shipping at additional cost.

- $10 USPS First Class with tracking (5-10 Business Days after dispatch)

- $15 USPS Priority with tracking (2-5 Business Days after dispatch)

- $45 USPS Express with tracking (1-2 Business Days after dispatch)

- $35 UPS Priority with tracking + optional signature (2-5 Business Days after dispatch)

- $45 UPS Express with tracking + optional signature (1-2 business Days after dispatch)

Chilali The Label is not responsible for lost, theft, or damage after the parcel has left us and is in the hands of USPS/UPS as we provide tracking, all inquiries should be made with your local postal carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility and no resends or refunds can be issued. - $25 USPS First Class International (5-15 Business Days after dispatch)

- $35 UPS Express International (3-7 Business Days after dispatch)

- $45 DHL Express with Signature (2-5 Business Days after dispatch)

Some foreign postal systems are faster than others depending the country so we can not guarantee a specific arrival date, on the very rare occasion the parcel can be delayed at customs, but it is VERY very rare and usually in countries known for having postal issues. If you have not received it yet, please be sure to call you local post and check if it is waiting in customs, tracking may stop once in your country with USPS, we recommend using UPS. Chilali The Label is not responsible for lost, theft, or damage after the parcel has left us. If a parcel is sent back to our office for whatever reason, such as invalid address or failure to pay duty, the customer is responsible for paying shipping to resend. Any customer refusing to repay postage due to an invalid address or customs, will forfeit their order.

Certain countries may be charged with customs taxes/duties, Chilali The Label has no control over this and is not responsible for any taxes that may occur as duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Select countries will keep the parcel at your local post office for pickup due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount can vary by country, if at all applied, we recommend checking with your postal service to see if this applies to you. 

PLEASE NOTE: Starting Sept 1st: All Australian orders are currently suspended from entering Australia due to covid, as mandated by the government. Auspost and USPS are pending all packages at this time. We hope to have updates shortly, please note your order will have a delayed dispatch due to this if using USPS. If you would like to avoid the delay, please use UPS or DHL at checkout for immediate delivery.
