We have a 30-day return for credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item according to tracking delivery to request a return for store credit. Our store policy is store credit only, refunds are not issued, no exceptions. A gift card will electronically issued for you via e-mail to use as you wish! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. FINAL SALE is not eligible. Our company is dedicated to growing and providing quality products. We encourage you to include feedback, as it's important to us for further improvements.
 
TO BEGIN THE EXCHANGE PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@chilalithelabel.com with your name and order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RA number (return authorization number) and instructions on how and where to send your package. USA orders will receive a prepaid label to return items which will be deducted from store credit amount. International orders are responsible for shipping packages back to us with tracking.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and RA number will be rejected from delivery and immediately returned to customer at customers cost.
Once inspected and deemed in perfect condition, store credit will be issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for store credit to be emailed to you. If not deemed in its original clean condition, a $15-$45 cleaning fee will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the garment looks worn/used/altered/dirty or if tags are not attached. This will be at the cost of customer to have that item mailed back or forfeit the items.

FINAL SALE Policy: 
Certain items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged as they are Final Sale, such as special orders, custom, or personalized items, as well as any underwear/intimates. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 
All SALE and PROMO items are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned for credit under any circumstance. NO EXCEPTIONS. COUPON CODE items 25% and below are eligible for store credit return, Coupon Code orders placed with 30% or up are FINAL SALE. 
 
Damages or Received the Wrong Item:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that our quality team can assess the issue and make it right. Please note you must contact us within 5 business days if item is damaged or incorrect.
